Domestic returns are accepted within 5 days, and international returns within 14 days, from the date you receive the gemstone, given that it remains in its original condition. Please note that gemstones returned in an altered state (such as with scratches, chips, or signs of wear) or those that have been mounted in jewellery are not eligible for return.

You'll receive a free lab report from a leading gemological laboratory in Sri Lanka with every gemstone you buy from us. This valuable report is valid indefinitely, as long as the gemstone's form remains unchanged.

We offer natural gemstones from Ceylon. Kindly be aware that specifying the gemstone's origin on the certificate will involve an extra charge, the amount of which is determined by the gemstone's size.
