- Note on International Returns: For international orders, if a customer cancels or refuses an order after it has been dispatched from our office, the customer will be liable for any VAT or customs duties charged by their country during the return shipment to us. Once we receive the returned item, the balance due to the customer, after deducting all applicable fees, duties, and VAT, will be refunded according to our refund guidelines.
